Addison Group is partnering with a fast-paced, family-run organization with a nationwide presence. Our client operates in a dynamic, multi-entity environment and is seeking a tax professional to support both corporate and high-net-worth individual tax functions.

Job Description:

The Tax Accountant will join a growing tax and finance team, supporting both corporate and family office tax processes. This individual will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex federal, state, and local tax returns, maintaining accounting records, and collaborating on financial planning tasks throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and corporations across multiple jurisdictions
• Assist with quarterly tax calculations and estimates
• Support responses to tax notices and assist with audits
• Maintain financial records including reconciliations and reports for family office entities
• Help prepare financial statements, cash flow projections, budgets, and ad hoc reporting
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2–4 years of income tax experience in public accounting, corporate tax, or family office settings
• Experience preparing complex, multi-entity tax filings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Familiarity with CCH Access software (preferred but not required)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Clear and professional communication skills

  Additional Details:

• Full-time, direct hire
• On-site role, Monday through Friday
• Flexible schedule with core working hours between 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Start date options available in early to mid-November
