Overview:
NBCUniversal's Global Immigration team, based in London, New York, and Los Angeles, manages full lifecycle immigration requirements for NBCUniversal worldwide by addressing dynamic stakeholder needs and implementing best practices for optimal results.
In this role, you will be a key member of the team, responsible for, but not limited to:
Overseeing foundational immigration compliance requirements to ensure processes and records meet jurisdictional standards
Providing strategic immigration advice to support our businesses, productions, and events
Responsibilities:
Manage I-9 inquiries and provide guidance to ensure compliant outcomes
Review immigration and civil documentation for compliance purposes
Maintain immigration compliance records and conduct regular audits
Draft, review, and file visa applications with consulates
Evaluate employee and candidate profiles to provide comprehensive assessments to stakeholders on visa options, sponsorship lifecycle requirements, and projected costs and timelines
Instruct outside counsel as appropriate and engage in high-touch case management
Maintain accurate records, and generate regular compliance and operational reports
Basic Requirements:
5 years of business immigration experience, including 2+ years managing immigration compliance requirements
Defined approach to immigration case management
Ability to explain complex legal principles simply
Keen attention to detail and deadlines
Proactive approach and capacity to act with initiative
Fluent Spanish language skills strongly preferred
Additional Requirements:
This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the New York, NY office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $80,000-$100,000 (bonus eligible).
