We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregiver to assist with the daily needs of an elderly individual and a young woman with special needs. This is a part-time position with the option to live in. The ideal candidate will be patient, nurturing, and comfortable with a structured daily routine. **Responsibilities:** - Morning assistance: help with getting ready for school - Feeding assistance (breakfast and afternoon snack) - Lunch preparation for the young woman - Afternoon duties: receiving them home, light caregiving, and snack time - (If live-in): evening assistance including bedtime support - Light housekeeping and laundry duties **Qualifications:** - Prior experience with elderly care and/or special needs caregiving preferred - Kind, attentive, and trustworthy personality - Ability to follow routines and work independently - Flexible with part-time hours; live-in availability a plus - CPR/First Aid certification is a bonus **Schedule:** Part-time (exact hours to be discussed), with potential for expanded hours if live-in.
