### **About the Role**
We need a results-driven media buyer + affiliate campaign manager who can take over our Facebook/Instagram ad system and help us optimize, scale, and build a referral-driven partner program.
### **Responsibilities**
* Audit existing Facebook/IG ad campaigns
* Optimize targeting, creative, and tracking
* Launch new campaigns for SHS and Voice AI offers
* Create retargeting audiences
* Implement UTM tracking
* Oversee affiliate program setup & testing
* Build affiliate funnel pages (with our funnel tech)
* Create email sequences for affiliates
* Recruit & onboard first partners
* Monitor performance metrics
### **Required Skills**
* 2–3+ years FB/IG ads
* Strong analytics experience
* Funnel tracking understanding
* Experience with affiliate systems
* Ability to collaborate with funnel builders
### **Preferred Skills**
* GoHighLevel familiarity
* Webinar funnel experience
* Creative strategy
