Job Responsibilities:  

• Project Management: Manage the daily progress of assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring they are carried out effectively and within designated timelines.
• Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with our installation teams and clients, promoting trust and transparent communication.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with on-site installation crews to address basic customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and manage change order requests as necessary.
• Customer Assistance: Address customer concerns and deliver outstanding service throughout and after the installation process, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any emerging issues.
• Payment Management: Collect payments from clients for contracted services, update relevant documentation, and facilitate additional payment processes in line with company guidelines.
• Other Responsibilities: Undertake any other required tasks or responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the team's and company's overall success.

• Experience in Flooring or Home Improvement (Desirable): Prior experience in the flooring or home improvement sector is preferred but not mandatory.
