Job Summary:
Comfort Keepers - Easton, MD is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care services to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in helping elderly and disabled individuals maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical industry, located in Easton, Maryland and surrounding cities. This is an individual contributor role, where you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social events as needed.
• Complete light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishes.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Must be physically and emotionally fit to perform job duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds and bending, twisting, and kneeling.
