Housekeeper/Family Assistant (FT)

Position Details: Live-Out, Full-Time

Location: ROSELAND, NJ

Days: Mon - Fri

Hours: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Hours can be adjusted)

Compensation: $85,000 to $100,000 per Year

Additional Benefits: TBD

Start Date: 5/1/2026

Main Work Duties: 

• Light cleaning to maintain a tidy, orderly home
• Organization and restocking of household items
• Taking out trash and recycling
• Driving to appointments as needed
• Assisting with and supporting a strict natural healthcare protocol, including (Preparing two fresh juices daily, Assisting with various cleanses that require daily preparation}
• Grocery shopping to keep the kitchen properly stocked
• Coordinating home maintenance and service appointments
• Assisting parents with scheduling when needed
• Serving as the “eyes” for the son and keeping him informed on how things are going
• Helping oversee and coordinate with other staff (e.g., home health aides)

Required Qualities: 

• Open-minded, non-judgmental, and easygoing
• Positive disposition with a calm, pleasant mood
• Eager to learn and be trained in the specific ways the household prefers things to be done
• Flexible and adaptable; not rigid or dogmatic in past methods or personal approaches
• Physically strong and able to handle longer hours and an active daily routine
• Open-minded and comfortable with natural/holistic healthcare, which is a core element of the role
• Receptive to feedback and correction, with a genuine desire to improve
• Humble, team-oriented, and not driven by ego

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ solid years of housekeeping/family assistant experience for a private home.
• Excellent references from both current and previous employers.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must speak and be able to communicate well in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
