We’re hiring a motivated Flooring Installer to complete residential and commercial flooring installations with accuracy, efficiency, and strong customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Measure spaces and verify product quantities before install
- Install flooring per work orders and manufacturer guidelines
- Communicate schedules and job updates with coordinators
- Maintain records for licenses, training, and completed work
- Deliver professional service while following safety standards
Requirements
- Experience installing residential or commercial flooring (preferred)
- Ability to read work orders and follow installation specs
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused work style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
