Hospitality Captain – Chick-fil-A Windward Parkway

At Chick-fil-A Windward Parkway, we are always looking for top talent to join our team! Our Hospitality Captains play a key leadership role in creating an exceptional guest experience by upholding the highest standards of restaurant cleanliness, dining room presentation, and warm, personal guest communication.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in guest-facing environments. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a leadership position is a plus, but not required.

Hospitality Captain Responsibilities:

• Ensure the dining room, beverage station, restrooms, and overall guest areas are clean, stocked, and beautifully presented at all times
• Greet every guest with a warm smile and make genuine connections
• Create a welcoming environment through enthusiastic service and attention to detail
• Lead by example to maintain hospitality and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
• Proactively identify guest needs and offer timely assistance
• Support Front of House Team Members through clear communication and teamwork
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and presentation
• Friendly, cheerful, and approachable demeanor
• Enjoys serving and interacting with people
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities calmly under pressure
• Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
