Salary Range: $100,000.00

We’re seeking an Executive Chef who thrives on creativity, precision, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations with a focus on premium ingredients, artisan techniques, and seasonal creativity
• Design and execute an evolving menu showcasing fresh pasta and signature dishes.
• Curate wine dinners and pairing menus in collaboration with sommeliers, bringing harmony between food and wine
• Train and mentor the culinary team—instilling standards of excellence, organization, and passion
• Manage food costs, inventory, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and consistent performance under pressure

Requirements

• Proven experience as Executive Chef or similar leadership role in a fine dining environment
• Deep expertise in Italian cuisine; familiarity with traditional and modern preparation techniques
• Ability to conceptualize and present wine pairing events with sophistication and creativity
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
