We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in Lafayette, IN, 47904. Responsibilities

Set up CNC machines according to specifications and production requirements.
Load and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment and securing of workpieces.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
Proven experience as a CNC Setup Operator or similar role.
Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
