Job Description

Are you a strategic CMO looking to take the lead in building a global brand?

Harmonic is partnering with a bold, fast‑scaling company reshaping its industry through innovation, creativity, and relentless customer focus. With a footprint that spans multiple continents and a product suite serving a diverse, loyal user base, our client is on a mission to disrupt the status quo.

The Role

As CMO, you’ll define and execute a holistic marketing strategy that propels the company’s next phase of growth. From brand development to demand generation, customer acquisition to product marketing, this is an executive role with the scope—and autonomy—to truly own the full marketing lifecycle.

You’ll build and lead a world‑class marketing organization and play a critical role in shaping the company’s market position, product messaging, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a data‑informed, scalable marketing strategy across brand, digital, performance, product, and customer lifecycle.
  • Own brand identity and storytelling, ensuring consistency and resonance across all channels.
  • Oversee demand generation campaigns, including SEO, paid search, social, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage product marketing, launch strategies, and market positioning to ensure successful go‑to‑market execution.
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing marketing team.
  • Define KPIs and own the marketing analytics function, tracking performance and optimizing ROI.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing with broader revenue goals.
  • Identify and implement marketing technologies and tools to improve efficiency and reporting.

Skills

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in a high‑growth B2B or B2C environment.
  • Proven success in brand‑building and demand generation.
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels and performance marketing.
  • Track record of building and scaling marketing teams.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience with modern marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Bonus Skills

  • Background in e‑commerce, live events or media is a strong plus.
  • Experience in a global or multi‑market business environment.
  • Passion for data, customer storytelling, and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with product‑led growth models.

Package

Salary: $350,000 – $400,000 + Bonus + Equity

Location: New York (Hybrid) or Remote (U.S. based preferred)
