Our company specializes in crafting bespoke security strategies that seamlessly integrate physical and cybersecurity measures, ensuring comprehensive protection for assets, facilities, and personnel across various industries.

We are currently seeking dedicated Unarmed Security Officers to join our team. These professionals will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' properties, acting as a strong deterrent against vandalism and theft, protecting personnel, and maintaining a secure and safe environment. The position involves a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to, controlling access points, maintaining order, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises
• Actively deter vandalism and theft through vigilant surveillance and presence
• Protect personnel and property by implementing and enforcing security protocols
• Maintain and uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all
• Provide professional support and assistance to clients, employees, and visitors
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies, following established procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid Maryland Security Guard Certification
• Ownership of a Marked Vehicle with clear " Security " labeling for visibility
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Previous experience in Security or Law Enforcement is highly preferred
• Ability to pass a comprehensive Criminal Background check
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on conflict resolution
• Basic first aid and CPR certification is preferred, with willingness to obtain if not already certified

Requirements:

• Purchase and maintain a Class A Black Uniform, adhering to company standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Willingness and ability to perform outdoor foot and vehicle patrols in various weather conditions
• Commitment to respond within 2-4 hours for emergency situations, demonstrating reliability and dedication
