Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Radiation Therapist, you’ll operate linear accelerators and treatment consoles, image and position patients, verify plan integrity, and administer prescribed doses with rigorous attention to safety and accuracy. You’ll collaborate with oncologists, dosimetrists, medical physicists, and nursing staff to implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient response, and educate patients and families about procedures.
