Job Description

We are looking for candidates to join our team at Chick-fil-A on Alico Road. We have Full-Time & Part-Time positions. We have many Part-Time options, from 15hr/week -25hrs/week. We work around school schedules. We look for a commitment on hours, but will always work around school schedules for part-time students. We ask that you apply so we can sit down and meet you and learn about what schedule you may need and if it will fit in an area that we can schedule you and get you working. Below are some requirements.

Team Member Required Skills:

• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position that includes standing (for periods up to 5 hours at a time), walking (both inside and outside), bending and lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance)

Team Member Job Description:

• Serve guests both inside and outside.
• Taking guests orders both inside and outside
• Speak enthusiastically and smile while taking guests orders both inside and outside
• Prepare & package food and beverage orders for both outside guests and dine in guests as well as catering orders and 3rd party customers (Uber eats, DoorDash,etc.)
• Always serving guests with great eye contact, a wonderful smile, while speaking enthusiastically and clearly , and staying connected with each guest.
• Maintain cleanliness & organization in all areas of the restaurant
• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
• Respect fellow staff members.
• Display a desire to grow and continuously improve him/herself
