About The Team

The Operations & Supply Management team is the engine room of Built In One. We ensure that whenever a customer taps 'Book,' there is a qualified, vetted, and motivated Built In One gig worker ready to help. We are aggressive problem solvers who balance supply and demand metrics to keep the marketplace healthy and growing.

About the Role

As a Supply Acquisition Analyst, you will be the primary driver of our 'Supply Side' growth. Your goal is simple but critical: attract, engage, and convert high-quality gig workers to join the Built In One platform. You will execute targeted marketing strategies, manage job postings across multiple digital channels, and perform direct outreach to ensure we meet our supply targets in key expansion markets.

What You'll Do

• Multi-Platform Sourcing: Create, post, and optimize compelling job advertisements across various platforms (e.g., Indeed, Craigslist, Facebook Jobs, LinkedIn, niche gig economy forums) to expand our gig worker pool.
• Direct Outreach & Headhunting: Proactively identify potential gig workers on social media marketplaces (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor) and initiate direct contact via DM to convert them into Built In One gig worker.
• Social Media Engagement: Manage and moderate supply-focused social media groups and pages to build community and attract organic leads.
• Pipeline Management: Conduct initial screening via phone or email to verify applicant qualifications before passing them to the onboarding stage.
• Data Tracking: Monitor the performance of different acquisition channels (Cost Per Lead, Conversion Rate) and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Market Research: Research competitor wages and incentives in new markets to help the team structure competitive offers.

Basic Qualifications (What You'll Need)

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, lead generation, digital marketing, or a high-volume sales support role.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. You must be able to write catchy ad copy and sound professional and persuasive on the phone.
• Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for business use.
• Proactive Mindset: You don't wait for leads to come to you; you go find them. You are comfortable with 'cold' outreach and persistent follow-ups.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities and targets can shift quickly.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work US business hours (Graveyard Shift in PH) to align with team operations and applicant availability.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points If)

• Gig Economy Knowledge: Previous experience recruiting for other gig economy platforms (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, TaskRabbit) or logistics companies.
• Social Media Marketing: Experience running paid or organic campaigns on Facebook or Craigslist.
• CRM Experience: Familiarity with using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage leads.
• Analytical Skills: Basic ability to interpret data trends to suggest improvements in the recruitment funnel.
