Pay: $35–$45 per hour (DOE)

ISO Workforce Alliance partners with local schools across California to provide high-quality educational and clinical support services. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)to support students at school sites in the Inglewood area .
Provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
Support and implement treatment plans aligned with student goals
Assist with screenings, progress monitoring, and ongoing documentation
Maintain detailed and accurate service logs
Work collaboratively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school teams
Support students’ communication, social, and academic development
Active California SLPA License (required)
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to follow treatment plans and work independently
Reliable, professional, and passionate about helping students
Weekly pay
Flexible scheduling (PT or FT)
