In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers to design scalable data architectures, leveraging cutting-edge technology and services. Your ability to drive complex technical conversations will establish you as a trusted advisor, helping clients realize the full value of the platform throughout the sales lifecycle. You will engage with technical leads, including architects and engineers, ensuring their needs are represented and met, while also contributing to valuable customer relationships.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with Sales to develop account strategies that enhance platform usage.
• Establish standard practices for architecture through comprehensive technical planning.
• Create and present reference architectures and demos to attract new users.
• Consult on big data architectures and validate integrations with third-party applications.
• Promote open-source projects and engage with developer communities at events.

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
• Expertise in technologies like Big Data (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka), Data Warehousing, ETL, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
• Strong ability to align technology solutions with business needs.
• Experience in designing and presenting customer data systems.
• Proficient in SQL and database technologies.
• Development experience in Python, Scala, Java, or R.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related fields is desired.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 30%.
