Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking experienced and dedicated Skilled Concrete Finishers to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing the finishing process of concrete surfaces to achieve the highest quality standards in commercial projects. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure that each job not only meets but exceeds our client’s expectations.

As a Skilled Concrete Finisher, you will work closely with our construction crew to pour, level, and finish a variety of concrete surfaces. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety protocols, ensuring proper curing of concrete, and carrying out finishing techniques that enhance the appearance and durability of the concrete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finish concrete surfaces following project specifications.
• Pour, smooth, and level concrete using various hand and power tools.
• Apply curing compounds and sealers as needed to maintain concrete quality.
• Inspect surfaces for quality control, ensuring a flawless finish.
• Adhere to all safety measures and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher.
• Proficient in various concrete finishing techniques and tools.
• Strong understanding of safety standards in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to job sites.
• Must pass a drug screening prior to employment.
