Job Description

Salary: $98,000 - 138,000 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer and Information Science or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in human subjects research
  • Proven ability in developing or managing databases
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
  • Solid understanding of database and information exchange technologies
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams
  • Proficiency in Excel and electronic data capture systems
  • Knowledge of study design criteria, randomization processes, and terminology used in research
  • Familiarity with clinical trial management operations and confidentiality policies
  • Advanced knowledge of database and application management principles
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Goal-oriented with initiative and creative problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
  • Function as the Application/Platform Administrator for various systems
  • Generate and maintain detailed reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for analysis
  • Conduct audits and oversee systems data clean-up
  • Provide training for foundation staff and new associates
  • Lead teams in effective use of applications like REDCap and CTMS
  • Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of software systems
  • Collaborate with users to ensure applications meet their requirements
  • Test solutions and troubleshoot issues
  • Oversee system validation and user education on best practices
  • Manage documentation and reporting for technology projects
  • Conduct risk assessments for research activities
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
  • Participate in audit preparedness for assigned projects
