We are seeking a Multi-Unit Senior Hospitality Manager to join our James Beard award winning team at one of our D.C Michelin starred restaurants: Rose’s Luxury, Little Pearl, and Pineapple and Pearls, and Extra Fancy, our international events company.

The RRG Senior Hospitality Manager (SHM) is a pivotal role that requires an exceptional ability to inspire, excite, and provide enlightened hospitality both internally and externally in a multi-unit context. The Senior Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hospitality operations and plays a key role in supporting managers through mentoring, coaching, and guiding their professional growth. Success in this role is not measured by how many followers they have but by how many leaders they create.
