You’ll also be part of our Cared-4℠ program — a whole-person approach that supports every client’s physical, emotional, social, and nutritional well-being.

Interviews and training take place in our Salt Lake office. After training, you’ll serve clients in the Saratoga Springs area while being supported by our American Fork team.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Showing patience and respect while assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Creating connection through conversation, companionship, and emotional support
• Taking initiative with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines
• Staying organized and observant , running errands and helping with transportation
• Prioritizing safety , noticing changes in clients’ needs, and communicating clearly with the office team

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a 40-year background check, drug screen, and APS/CPS checks
• Able to work independently and uphold client safety
• Available at least 3 hours every weekend
• Consistent, reliable attendance
• Openness to ongoing training and professional development
