We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented **Sales Recruiter** to join our Ruckus Sales HR team. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for sales positions across Ruckus Networks in the North American Region (NAR), partnering closely with sales leadership to identify, attract, and hire top-performing talent. This is a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC. . **How You'll Help Us Connect the World** **Key Responsibilities** + Own full-cycle recruitment for numerous roles across our Sales team. + Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, target profiles, and hiring goals. + Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-performing sales professionals. + Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive outreach and talent mapping. + Conduct initial candidate assessments, behavioral interviews, and competency evaluations. + Manage the candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness at every stage. + Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices. + Track and maintain data accuracy in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruiting metrics as needed. + Represent Ruckus Networks as a brand ambassador at events, career fairs, and networking activities. + Collaborate with HR, compensation, and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transitions for new hires. **Required Qualifications for Consideration:** + _Bachelor's degree_ + _5+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience_ + _Proven success sourcing passive candidates and filling hard-to-hire sales roles._ + _Strong understanding of sales competencies, performance drivers, and territory-based hiring needs._ + _Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills._ + _Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment._ + _Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and recruitment analytics._ + _High levels of professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experience._ **You Will Excite Us If You Have:** + Experience recruiting in the technology, networking, software, or telecommunications industries _._ **What We Offer** + Opportunity to influence and scale a global sales organization. + Collaborative, innovative, and mission-driven culture. + Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. + Career growth within a world-leading networking solutions company. Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total base salary compensation is $76,000.00 - $97,000.00. The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan.
