About the Role

Jumpstart your insurance career as an  Entry-Level Insurance Sales Agent in a  fast-paced, dynamic remote environment . Train virtually via Zoom with our award-winning company programs and learn the skills needed to succeed in life and health insurance sales.

Requirements / Responsibilities / Rewards

What You’ll Do:

• Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and insurance needs
• Recommend life and health insurance policies tailored to each client
• Provide ongoing exceptional customer service to your client base

Compensation

• Commission and bonus-based (not salaried)
• Typical first-year earnings: $60,000–$100,000
• Vested Renewals: After 1 year, vested for renewals; after 10 years, 100% vested for life

• Flexible remote work environment after training (2–4 weeks)

• Live Zoom training led by successful field leaders
• Pre-licensing training provided (state exam and course fees approx. $200)
