Role Summary:
NurseAmerica is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join a leading healthcare facility in Everett, WA. This opportunity allows you to deliver patient-focused, whole-person care in a supportive environment while working with one of the top regional medical centers in Washington State.
What You'll Do:
Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients in General Medicine (MedSurg Psych).
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and patients' families to ensure positive health outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with nursing standards.
Support a culture of excellence, compassion, and patient advocacy.
What We Need from You:
Active Washington RN License (or Compact state license)
BLS Certification (required)
Minimum 1 year of RN experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
