Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their choices.
- Coordinate with the team to schedule showings that align with clients' needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and providing insights about the properties.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the local real estate market to offer valuable advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from showings to closing.
- Utilize feedback from clients to refine and enhance the showing experience.
- Stay updated on new listings and market trends to provide clients with the most current information.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
- Experience in real estate or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, ensuring they feel informed and valued.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple showings and client schedules efficiently.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new information and market trends, providing clients with up-to-date insights.
- Comfortable using technology and real estate software to enhance the client experience.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to property showings in the Baltimore-Towson area.
