Job Description

Manage daily production activities for approximately 20 reports, in relation to fabrication and welding parts for heavy equipment. This includes laying out daily production requirements, and monitoring quality while ensuring a safe work environment.

Mon-Thurs 10 hours, Friday 1/2 day usually

Requirements

Previous verifiable experience (3 to 5 years min) in Manufacturing Management (Plant Manager, Supervisor, Foreman, etc.) is a must, with an emphasis on welding and fabrication .

• Ability to meet requirements regarding: work safety and adhere to all federal, state and company policies and procedures governing safe work practices and vehicle operations.
• Sense of urgency, individual responsibility, and ability to effectively work with changing priorities.
• High ethical standards and ability to function as team player.
• Self-starter with high level of initiative.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Previous experience with welding, forming and fabrication is preferred.

THIS IS NOT A TEMP TO HIRE POSITION, IT IS A FULL TIME POSITION WITH BENEFITS.

Employees are eligible for a full benefit package:

Salary plus for over 45 hrs. per week.

10 paid holidays + 1 week vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after 18 months, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10.

Medical, dental and vision insurance is offered at very reasonable rates. Family coverage is approximately $100 per week.

Company paid life insurance for employee, optional coverage is available for family at additional discounted cost.

Uniforms provided. Pay is weekly. Regularly scheduled performance reviews.
