Job Description The Print and Surface Design intern will assist in daily tasks of the Print and Surface Design Department. The Print and Surface Design Intern requires a high level of organization, ability to work at a fast pace and demonstrates good attention to detail. An interest and understanding of the fashion industry is necessary. A day in the life… • Assist with and maintain organization of the Print Studio and surrounding areas • Assist with preparing for meetings and presentations • Assist with CAD work where applicable • Assist with design work where applicable • Assist with preparing for plotting • Working with other departments as needed • Exposure to processes and design development to further understand the industry • Note, associates may be asked to perform duties that are outside the specific functions that are listed. Qualifications for the Position • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design • This internship will be for Spring 2026, with a start date in January through mid- May. • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of organization • Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn • Adobe, Ned Graphics or CAD skills a plus . This position is eligible for overtime. • This position is required to maintain a structured hybrid work schedule based out of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Philadelphia. This hybrid schedule, which includes work done in the King of Prussia Office as well as your Home Office will be determined by your supervisor. • Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods. • This position is expected to collaborate effectively with other individuals in alignment with our Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities. • This position requires compliance with Lilly Pulitzer policies and a detailed Code of Conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook. • This position is reviewed annually.
