Recruitment for this position will culminate to interviews in December 2025 and if selected, start date will be in the beginning of January 2026
Position Summary
We are currently hiring a part time bilingual English/Spanish Medical Scribe/MA to work in our Bronx-based family medicine practice.
Key Duties
Prepares exam rooms, equipment, and assists with clinical procedures
Medical Scribe for specialist during visits
Obtain prior authorization for ENT testing
Takes patients' vital signs and records it in chart
Document patients treatment plan in EHR
Reviews patient's chart
Support for projects as determined by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
Medical Assistant Certificate/Training School and National Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT)
Bilingual Spanish/English required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Computer literacy.
Responsible individual who genuinely wants to support our patients.
Starting Compensation: Minimum: $23.00/hour ; Maximum: $23.00/hour
Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule:
Onsite in the Bronx, 24 hour shift between Monday - Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
