MSN Nurse Educator – Contract to Hire

Work Location: Cincinnati, OH
Job Type: Contract – 12 Weeks (Temp-to-Perm)
Schedule: Exact hours and days will be arranged during the interview process to match your availability with the clinical, lab, and simulation schedule. Part-time arrangements can also be discussed.

Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking an MSN-prepared Nurse Educator for a 12-week contract with the potential to transition into a permanent faculty role. In this position, you’ll guide nursing students through classroom instruction, lab demonstrations, and clinical application, helping them build strong professional skills and confidence.

What you’ll do:

• Teach nursing theory and clinical skills in classroom, lab, and approved clinical settings
• Plan and deliver learning activities aligned with course and accreditation standards
• Lead discussions, skills labs, and pre/post-clinical conferences
• Supervise and evaluate students’ clinical performance
• Provide timely feedback and individualized remediation when needed
• Collaborate with faculty, program leadership, and clinical partners
• Maintain compliance with program, regulatory, and clinical site requirements
• Incorporate real-world, evidence-based nursing practice into instruction
• Participate in curriculum review and program improvement efforts

What we’re looking for:

• MSN required
• Active, unencumbered RN license (Ohio or multistate privilege)
• Minimum 2 years RN clinical experience
• Prior teaching or clinical instruction experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, email)
• Current CPR and required immunizations
