What You’ll Do (Summary):

• Directly work along side with our Technicians to learn hands on and complete auto repairs, maintenance, and learn diagnostic skills.
• Perform maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, mounting & balancing, suspension checks, alignments, fluid flushes, brakes and much much more, etc.)
• Assist in inspections, diagnostics, and repair recommendations.
• Follow shop safety standards (OSHA, state, and local regulations).
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment, Assist in all housekeeping functions as directed by management.
• Work with service writers/managers to communicate vehicle needs clearly.
• Maintain professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years automotive experience.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with good record.

We are located in the Alexandria / Lorton / Kingstown / Springfield / North Fort Belvoir area of Northern Virginia and offers full repair and general maintenance services for cars and trucks.
