We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Maintenance Supervisor who can lead our maintenance team to ensure the best upkeep of our properties.

• Reports to: Property Manager
• Compensation: $25 per hour based on experience

Requirements

• Consistent and reliable attendance is essential; you represent Banyan Living and our property owners.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Punctuality is critical; you should arrive on time and ready to lead daily.
• A friendly, positive attitude is necessary!
• Flexibility in your working hours is important, especially during peak maintenance seasons.
• Preferred qualifications include 3+ years in a lead maintenance role.
• All candidates will undergo a background check, with employment contingent on the results.
• All staff members must adhere to the Employee Handbook and Policies & Procedures.
