As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Junior Project Manager to support our growing operations in The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Sales Team in all post-sales and project execution activities
• Coordinate tenders, gather required documentation, and manage internal approvals
• Create offers and manage supporting documents for project delivery
• Serve as the main back-office contact for sales execution and customer delivery
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Product, Logistics, and Finance teams
• Track project timelines and ensure readiness for delivery and commissioning
• Collaborate with local partners and service providers on project execution
• Support customer communication on operational matters when required
• Proactively escalate issues and follow up until resolution

You Are

• A degree holder with a technical background (Engineering, Energy Systems, Electronics, or similar)
• Experienced (2+ years) in technical project management or sales operations
• Familiar with EV charging, electrical installations, or infrastructure projects
• Skilled in project documentation, commercial workflows, and partner coordination
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
• Structured, reliable, and hands-on in execution with strong ownership
• Comfortable managing parallel tasks and working across international time zones
• Willing to travel occasionally within Europe.
