Position: Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant:
- Pay Range: $15–$17 per hour (based on experience)
- Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
- Location: Cincinnati, OH 45224

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance)
- Meal preparation .
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and emotional support
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Documentation in AxisCare
Requirements:
- Pass BCI/FBI background check
- Valid driver’s license
- Active car insurance • Reliable transportation
- Prefer 1 year of personal care experience
Preferred Qualities:
- Experience with dementia or mobility assistance
- Strong communication skills
- Calm and compassionate presence
