Dubuque-area couple, who both work full-time outside the home and travel for work, are looking to hire a reliable, full-time housekeeper to support the daily operations of the household.The role requires someone who possesses extreme attention to detail, is highly organized, mature, and looking to establish themselves in long-term household employment. The ideal candidate loves to clean, organize, and take great pride in maintaining their home. If you are the kind of person who likes things tidy, enjoys helping others, and believes a well-kept home makes life better for everyone in it, this is the role for you. The family is open to relocation and a couple where one works inside or one outside the home. Interviews will be scheduled in January, with the desired start date at the end of the month. Responsibilities: Daily home care and cleaning (with occasional deep cleaning) Help with laundry, ironing, folding Ability to help in the kitchen(chopping vegetables, for example) Running errands and coordinating simple household needs Scheduling and communicating with service provides (comfortable calling a plumber, etc.) Day-to-day household organization and routines Maintaining a calm, warm, and welcoming home environment Helping with seasonal decorating and preparations for family or business gatherings Qualifications: Experience caring for a home, hospitality work,or private housekeeping Ability to work independently and strong work ethic Strong communication skills and good judgment Someone who naturally notices details and enjoys organization Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Authorization to work in the U.S. English-speaking Physically able to manage normal household tasks A desire for a long-term role, to grow, and learn new skills Trustworthy and respectful of privacy Schedule: Full-time M-F with occasional adjustment to hours to help support family events. Open to daily hours from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Compensation: $30-$45/hour depending on experience, plus full medical benefits, and paid vacation.
