NOW HIRING: General Manager — DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Worth South Hotel & Conference Center Managed by GF Hotels & Resorts
We are seeking a top-performing, highly motivated General Manager to lead the newly renovated DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Worth South, a full-service property featuring 20,000 sq. ft. of flexible event space and the on-site Smoke & Barrel Restaurant.
This is not a passive leadership role — we are looking for a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is obsessed with profitability, operational efficiency, and measurable performance metrics such as GOP, NOI, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction scores. The ideal candidate has deep local market knowledge, a proven track record of success, and is passionate about building and leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:
Key Expectations:
• Lead with integrity, energy, and a relentless focus on results
• Drive performance through data, accountability, and smart execution
• Take an active role in all aspects of hotel operations, including sales calls, revenue strategy, labor management, and cost control
• Build a lean, efficient, guest-centric operation focused on excellence
• Collaborate closely with a large on-property sales team to maximize topline growth
• Set a high bar and lead from the front — this is not a desk job
Qualifications:
Requirements :
• Prior full-service General Manager experience is required
• Food and Beverage experience is required, preferably in a branded, full-service environment
• Proven ability to drive GOP, NOI, and outperform market benchmarks
• Exceptional work ethic, professionalism, and trustworthiness
• Deep knowledge of the Fort Worth/Dallas hospitality market
• Strong leadership, training, and team-building skills
• Experience working with brand standards (Hilton preferred)
