Job Description Summary

GE Aerospace is seeking highly motivated MBA interns to join our company. This internship will provide candidates with impactful, high visibility strategy projects in the world's leading Aerospace propulsion company. Over the summer, 2-4 interns will be staffed on C-suite sponsored strategic initiatives to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
  • Develop strategic recommendations to address business challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Identify risks and develop comprehensive mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational objectives.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to support business case development and strategic planning.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Support ongoing projects related to business transformation, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled at Harvard Business School MBA program with a graduation date in 2027.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior experience in private equity, banking, corporate finance, strategy. operations/manufacturing, or engineering fields
  • Desire to pursue a career as a P&L Leader, CFO, or Corporate Strategy Leader
  • Interest in Industrials / Aerospace
  • Passion for continuous improvement
