Title: Free-Standing Emergency Department RN – Tallahassee, FL
Lead rapid triage and evidence-based care in a free-standing ED serving diverse adult and pediatric populations. Work with an experienced, supportive team focused on outcomes.
Triage, assess, and treat across all acuity levels
Prioritize multiple cases and coordinate safe throughput
Initiate, document, and evaluate plans of care and outcomes
Provide patient and family education and clear discharge instructions
Collaborate with physicians, transport, imaging, lab, and inpatient units
Maintain regulatory readiness, accurate documentation, and safety standards
Required
Active Florida or Compact RN license
1 year recent acute-care ED RN experience
BLS at start; CPI, ACLS, and PALS within 90 days
ADN/ASN or Nursing Diploma
Preferred
BSN
High-volume ED experience; preceptor or charge exposure
Hourly base $27.72–$39.60 DOE
