We are currently seeking two experienced Family Law Attorneys who can independently manage a caseload, deliver empathetic client support, and help grow the firm through excellent legal service and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of family law matters (divorce, custody, alimony, property division)
Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Represent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations
Develop and execute litigation and negotiation strategies
Provide compassionate and effective legal counsel
Convert consultations into retained clients; support firm growth through sales and follow-up
Participate in networking and business development activities
Requirements
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the NJ Bar
Minimum 4 years of experience in family law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client-focused approach with the ability to explain complex legal issues in simple terms
Empathy and a commitment to improving clients’ lives through strong advocacy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Preferred
Litigation experience
Hackensack role : Existing book of business required
Mount Laurel role : No book of business needed
