Job Description

Job Summary: Toyota of kenner is seeking an Entry Level Technician for a Full Time -salary position in Kenner, Louisiana. This individual will be responsible for providing skilled labor and technical support in a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and possess a passion for learning and growth. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive compensation package of $17 to $21 per hour, paid semi-monthly. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Responsibilities:

Conduct maintenance, inspection, and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a technical or labor role preferred.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects.
Possess a valid driver's license.
