Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning and executing project tasks.
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Organize project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to promote collaboration.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
