This position involves efficient management of on-site teams, financials, resources, and activities. The Community Manager is also responsible for optimizing rent levels, occupancy rates, and asset preservation. Additionally, they are tasked with training the Assistant Community Manager to assume managerial duties in the Community Manager's absence.
