As a Drain Technician, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and resolving drainage issues for both residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities

• Unclog and clear drains using appropriate tools and techniques
• Install toilets and related plumbing fixtures as needed
• Accurately diagnose the cause of drain clogs and plumbing issues
• Communicate findings and recommended solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of their drainage systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites

Qualifications

• Experience with drain cleaning and basic plumbing tasks
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot drainage issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a variety of environments
• Clean background, driving record, and the ability to pass a drug test
