Dental Hygienist

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly rate of $45 to $50
• Eligible for NHSC Student Loan Repayment Program – up to $50,000 for a two-year commitment
• Full-time schedule with one-hour appointments to start, shifting to 45 minutes once acclimated
• Travel stipend or mileage reimbursement available for inter-site travel (20 minutes apart)

• 403(b) retirement plan with employer match up to $3,500 annually
• 3 weeks paid vacation (accrued) plus sick time

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants
• 4 Day Work Week
• Perform dental screenings and charting
• Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene
• Prepare patients for dental procedures and assist the dentist as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold compliance with safety protocols
• Travel between practice locations until full staffing is achieved

Requirements

• Clear and active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility)
• Willingness to treat patients of all ages, including pediatric
• Comfortable traveling between clinic locations within a 20-minute radius
• Commitment to patient-centered, community-based care
