Dental Hygienist

Titan Placement Group invites you to explore a Dental Hygienist opportunity in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This role is with a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to delivering preventive and comprehensive dental care in a supportive and community-centered environment.

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $48 – $52 (based on experience)
• Sign On Bonus $10,000
• Schedule Options:
• Standard: 4-day work week
• Flexible: Either 5 days/40 hours per week OR 4 days (Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday) with one 11-hour day and three 9.5-hour days
• Health Insurance: 90% employer-covered
• Dental and Vision Insurance
• Paid Time Off: 33 days per year + 8 paid holidays
• CME: $1,000 + 24 hours of approved CME time
• Retirement: 403(b) with 100% match on the first 3%, next 2% at 50%
• Malpractice Insurance: Covered under FTCA
• Long-Term and Short-Term Disability: 100% employer-paid
• EMR: Dentrix

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine hygiene care with 1-hour appointments per patient
• Deliver patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care
• Collaborate with dentists and dental support staff to ensure high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Dentrix

Requirements:

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in the State of Pennsylvania
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for community-based care
