Chick-fil-A - Delivery Driver Needed

Driver Specific Benefits:

• Vehicle and gas provided for deliveries
• Keep tips for Chick-fil-A app delivery orders (there are no tips on catering and food trailer order deliveries)
• Wage with tips added will at least equal $16.25 per hour.

Delivery Driver Qualifications and Requirements:

• Be 18+ years old
• Have a driver's license for at least one year.
• Have excellent customer service skills including positive energy, a pleasant smile, good eye contact, and a pleasant tone of voice.
• Have a working smartphone with data plan and GPS
• Be able to use technology with ease
• Speak and read English proficiently
• Have a valid state-issued driver's license
• Have a clean driving record for the past 2 years
• Be able to stand, sit, walk, stoop, bend, reach, crouch, and twist throughout the day
• Have the ability to carry deliver bags up to 50 lbs
• Move with a sense of urgency

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Extend 2nd Mile Service in and beyond the restaurant
• Represent the restaurant and the Chick-fil-A brand well
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
• Assist with order preparation as needed
• Assist with restaurant operations while not delivering
• Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles
• Adhere to food safety procedures
• Comply with safe driving and parking rules and regulations
• Maintain a charged cellphone throughout your shift
