Position Overview: The company seeks a Corporate Paralegal to support its growing licensing, regulatory, and corporate governance needs. This role works cross-functionally and partners closely with outside counsel. Ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy who enjoys a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: + Manage business licensing, permitting, and regulatory filings + Handle entity registrations, annual reports, and governance documents + Administer contracts using MFILES (or similar systems) + Coordinate with outside counsel on corporate and compliance matters + Support trademark filings and collaborate with marketing + Maintain corporate records and assist with research and special projects Work Plan: 5 days onsite in a stable, team-oriented environment.
