Description Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Paralegal to support a contract repository clean-up project. Job Title: Contracts Paralegal (Remote) Type: Temporary (3-4 months) Schedule: Flexible, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday) Pay: $35-$40/hour Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Key Responsibilities: + Review and understand various types of contracts, including: + Supplier contracts + Customer contracts + Statements of Work (SOWs) + Locate and organize existing contracts within ContractSafe and HighQ + Re-save contracts using a standardized naming convention + Ensure all relevant documents are properly categorized and easily searchable + Collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to clarify contract details Qualifications: + Proven experience as a Contracts Paralegal or similar legal support role + Strong understanding of contract structure and terminology + Highly organized with excellent attention to detail + Comfortable working independently in a remote environment + Experience with ContractSafe and/or HighQ is a plus Requirements + Proven experience as a Contracts Paralegal or similar legal support role + Strong understanding of contract structure and terminology + Highly organized with excellent attention to detail + Comfortable working independently in a remote environment + Experience with ContractSafe and/or HighQ is a plus Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
