About the Role

Maleda Tech is seeking a Content Review Manager to join a technical organization's brand team on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide editorial and managerial oversight on all externally shared content by a technical organization and its team members. The program oversees the technical blog, external-facing technical site, and external opportunities for the Technical Organization.

You will be responsible for managing an Asana project by triaging incoming requests from tech employees, scheduling cross-functional reviews with partners, monitoring requests and progress of all ongoing reviews, and ensuring they are completed on time. The Content Review Manager will enforce policies, provide clear and succinct communication with requestors/reviewers, and identify opportunities for improvement within the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Asana portfolios with custom fields and rules across projects
• Develop a general understanding of the program, processes, and policies with the ability to identify risks
• Review external opportunity requests, accurately assess next steps, and facilitate appropriate reviews
• Handle schedule and deadline management across multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate blog post editing with vendor partners and facilitate internal cross-functional stakeholder reviews
• Maintain internal program policy documents and sites to keep them current
• Collaborate with cross-functional review partners to improve processes for efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience in PR or Media Relations preferred
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Working knowledge of Asana & portfolio management
• 2+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Comfortable using project management software (Jira and Asana), GSuite, Workday, and Concur

Key Details 

• Contract Duration : December 2025 - July 2026
• Location : Remote
• Work Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• Pay Rate Range : Up to $48 - $54/hour
• Reporting Structure : Will report to the Head of Tech Brand
• Performance Evaluation : Success will be measured through weekly check-ins, along with colleague and event feedback
