Position Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well-established, multi-tenant office building in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who excels in tenant relations, leasing, staff management, and building operations.

This is a highly visible, on-site position requiring strong communication skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage both people and property with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial office building.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships.
• Handle leasing activities, renewals, and space showings.
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventative upkeep.
• Supervise on-site staff and coordinate daily workflows.
• Maintain accurate rent rolls and lease documentation.
• Ensure building operations run smoothly and professionally.
• Respond to after-hours building needs as required.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial property management experience required.
• Office building experience required.
• Apartment-only or warehouse-only experience will not be considered.
• Proven experience with leasing and lease selling.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and vendor management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage staff and multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
